We set up this blog in July and quite frankly, forgot about it! So, here I am four months later and ready to start. Tomorrow, October 30th is day one of Skinny Me! I am embarking on the Medifast Diet with the help of my Cousin Trish and Sister Joan. Between them, they have lost a person and a half and they have me pschyed!
So, ready..........set...............LOSE!!!
